BAGGED: Are there any tips or tricks for FIT collection we can share?

Before Collection

• Complete the label on the patient information card and place sticker on the biohazard bag
• Place the unfolded Collection Paper inside the toilet bowl 

During Collection

• Do not empty fluid from Collection Tube
• Cover grooved portion of the sample probe with the stool sample
• Snap on the green cap tightly and do not reopen the tube

After Collection

• Keep your Wallet Card
• Mail the sample on the same day it is collected before the last mail pick-up of the day
