What is required to create a Unique ID for my organization's participants?

  • Organizations can choose to collect a unique ID from participants during the opt-in portal experience
  • The partner needs to provide the following to the Everly Health Solutions team:
    • The title of the entry field 
      • For example, Member ID, Employer ID
    • The syntax of the field, so Everly Health Solutions can verify that the inputted text matches the correct sequence
      • For example, 8 numeric characters, 10 alphanumeric characters starting with H
  • On the eligibility file template, the field name is titled “recipient_external_id”
