How can my organization use an Eligibility File to verify it is our participants using the Opt-In Portal?

With eligibility file verification, when a member goes through the opt-in portal experience, Everly Health Solutions will search across eligible members in our database to find the member

• In addition to validating that the Unique ID follows the correct syntax, Everly Health Solutions can use the eligibility file to verify:
  • the Unique ID exists in our system
  • the details that the member inputs (last name, DOB and zip code) match the information we have on file 
• If opt-in portal eligibility file verification is enabled, verification will apply to all opt-in portal access codes for the organization
