Can I register my child/a minor?

Everlywell test kits are only able to be self-registered for adults 18 years of age and older. 

The only exceptions to minors registering/using Everlywell tests/partner tests are the COVID-19 tests we offer:

• The Everlywell COVID-19 Test At Home Collection Kit can be self-registered by minors 16 years of age or older, only if this capability is enabled by the enterprise partner.
• The BD Veritor At Home COVID-19 Test can be registered by the parent/guardian under their account and performed on the child ages 2 years old and above.
