What do I do if my kit is missing the collection vial or other components?

If your kit is missing the collection vial or other components, please note the kit ID and let us know by reaching out to covid19@everlywell.com and we can send you a replacement kit. Please do not attempt to replace the missing vial from another kit. The vial has a barcode that is linked to the kit ID so it must not be switched between kits.
