How will participants view their results?

All participants are kept informed of their kit status via email. They will receive an email notification when their kit has been registered, when it has been received at the lab and when results are available. Additionally, within the registration flow, participants have the option to opt into text message updates. Screenshots 1, 2 and 4 below show examples of email updates. Screenshots 3 and 5 show text message updates. 

To view results, participants will log into their Everlywell portal, where they will access our HIPAA compliant digital platform. 

Within their portal, they have the option to download their lab report as a PDF or share via link.
