What happens when participants receive their sexual health test results?

Easy to understand results are delivered to participants through our intuitive HIPAA-compliant digital platform.

• Participants are instructed to login via email when results are available
• Results are desktop and mobile-friendly
• Digital results include:
  • Downloadable results that participants can share with their healthcare provider
  • Risk-reduction tips
• Facts about the infections and links to resources

If a participant has abnormal or positive results for an STI, our physician services will directly contact the participant.

• All STI tests: For abnormal or positive results, digital results are held until a care coordinator on the physician services team can contact the participant via phone. The participant then has an opportunity to schedule a separate consult with a telemedicine physician at no charge.
• For STD - Male, STD - Female, Chlamydia & Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis tests: In addition to the process above, when appropriate, telemedicine clinicians may also prescribe treatment for a participant.
