What if I don’t know who the shipping contact is?

The shipping contact is not required for the initial account setup, but we will need to know that before an order can be shipped out. If you skip the question while filling out the form, please contact enterprisehelp@everlywell.com when you know the shipping contact information and provide their first and last name, email and phone number.
